The big day may have come and gone, but stay tuned because I'll host another challenge soon.
Everything is done via the Andres Fitness app. All your workouts and diet plans are within for convenience and ease of use.
On the 9th of February you’ll gain access to the smart diet planner. You’ll be able to create your perfect meal plan and start getting anything you need ready for the next 6 weeks.
It will give you a chance to play around with the app and familiarise yourself with it.
On the 16th of February the challenge goes live. All of the workouts will be available to you and the 6 week transformation challenge officially starts.
It's VERY simple. We will decide your calories (you won't starve to death, don't worry) and all you have to tell me is your food requirements (vegan, vegetarian, paleo, etc), any food exclusions (dairy, gluten, pork, eggs, etc), how many meals per day you want to eat and the app will work its magic to create a meal plan catered to the calories you'll be aiming for.
Each individual meal comes with how to prepare/cook instructions and you'll have all information needed (such as what ingredients you need) to create it. Just follow the meal recipe, basically.
Don't like one of the meals? Simply swap it out for one you pick. It takes seconds.
Want an entirely new diet plan? It also takes seconds to regenerate.
It's as easy as that!
There's over 100 workouts loaded onto the app. You get to pick which ones you do based on where you are (home or gym), based on your equipment available (dumbbell, bands, bodyweight, kettlebell, etc) and you can choose what workouts you do on what days of the week.
It's very simple.
