Who Is Personal Training With Andres Fitness For?

Personal training in Southampton and Lymington works best for people who are done guessing or winging it. If you've tried going it alone, followed programmes that didn't stick, or just feel like you're putting in the effort without seeing the results, that's where I come in.


I work primarily with men and women aged 25 to 60. Most of my clients are busy. Work, family and life. It all competes for time and energy. They need something that fits around real life and still delivers.


Sessions take place at PureGym Bitterne in Southampton and at my private studio in Lymington. 

Online coaching is also available if you're outside the area or prefer to train on your own schedule.


Every client starts with a free consultation. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation about where you are, where you want to get to, and whether working together makes sense.

What Actually Happens When You Train With Me

Most people who get in touch have already tried a few things. A gym membership they used twice. A programme they downloaded. Maybe even a PT before who gave them a generic plan and disappeared between sessions.


That's not what this is.


When you start, we figure out exactly what's going on. Not just your goal, but your schedule, your history, what's worked, what hasn't, and honestly, why you think it hasn't. From there I build something around you specifically.


Sessions are at PureGym Bitterne or my studio in Lymington. You get structured training, nutrition support through the app, and regular check-ins so nothing drifts. If something isn't working we adjust it. That's the job.


12 years. 500 plus clients. I've seen pretty much every situation. The person who's been "about to start" for two years. The one who trains hard but can't shift the last 10kg. The one who's never set foot in a gym and is terrified of looking stupid.

How much does Personal Training cost?

Face-to-face Personal Training starts at £249 per month for one 60-minute session per week, or £499 per month for two sessions per week. Every package includes full access to the Andres Fitness app with your personalised training plan, nutrition coaching, and weekly accountability check-ins to keep you on track.
