Now extending into Lymington in a stunning boutique location, I’m offering one to one coaching to those who want to take their fitness and body confidence to the next step but wish to do so in a private studio located with the sea wall and Salterns’ pond on the front door.

Working together with you to help you find your groove, the aim is to help you feel confident in your clothes and finding a sustainable way you can eat healthy and tasty foods without sacrificing the foods you enjoy eating and the socials you enjoy attending.
