I’m 22 born June 3rd 1993 born in Cleveland Ohio. Played sports my whole life starting with little league soccer and football then converted to basketball then weight lifting. I’m moved to Sarasota fl going into high school. Where I played varsity basketball. I attended SCF state college of Florida and realized school wasn’t for me and decided to pursue my modeling career and moved to Miami. While modeling I plan on starting my own business in the fitness industry opening a website where people can purchase meal and workout plans to change there lifestyle and get healthier.
What do you love most about modeling?
I started athletics and sports at a young age playing soccer but soon found the passion for basketball and stuck with that. After high school and not playing for a team I was bit by the gym bug and haven’t stopped lifting since then. After being told multiple times I should model I sent some head shots to local agencies and got quick replies back and drove to Miami and signed a contract with Front Management in South Beach.
What keeps you motivated?
God and family being there to support & cheer me on always fuels my fire to keep going. I love my job so It doesn’t take much to stay motivated.
What were the major milestones that gave you that “extra” motivational boost?
My first job for Kohl’s when I flew out of state to shoot for their summer clothing. It really hit me, realizing that my career is taking off and it’s just the beginning.

Anyone trying to get into modeling I suggest they get in shape and have a photographer take some good equality head and full body shots for them to bring with them when seeing a agency.

Off season eating is the same I still eat healthy just bigger portions and I allow one cheat meal a week.

My cutting plan is eating high protein low carb meals every 3-4 hours to boost my metabolism and to incorporate 30-45 min of cardio 4 times a week.
What are some of the biggest training mistakes you’ve made?
Not tracking my progress was one big mistake for me in the beginning. You have to write down how many reps & sets you did. How much weight you’re lifting so you know if you’re getting stronger in the gym and what types of food your consuming. Much of it is so you know how your body will react to it and you won’t plateau.

When I’m not in the gym I like to be out doors doing active things like playing sports and enjoying nature.

Practice makes perfect. When I first started modeling I didn’t spend any time in the mirror practicing poses and finding what angles looked best for me.
