Working out is easy, you just move weights. Staying focused and motivated during the workout thats the fun part. What’s your success in staying alert?
What do you think about in between sets? Do you space out? Are you letting your mind wander and getting random thoughts thrown into your head? How do you control yourself from zoning out…and staring into random space? Only later to realize you look like you were staring at the dude across from you. Not weird, it just happens.
But just this one time, I wanted to capture the in-between moments where I’m not on this planet. I rarely am. To let you know that half the time, I’m just thinking about what I’m going to eat next. The other half is really “inappropriate” (we all do it, believe me).
